For maximum convenience and efficiency for all participants of the World of Trade Purchasing Center the negotiations were divided into two streams: one before lunch and one after lunch. Thanks to the optimization of time and resources, buyers and suppliers could concentrate their attention on negotiations and interaction with partners. The convenient format of negotiations allowed to distribute the working time of buyers evenly. In this way, the negotiators could choose the most convenient time for meetings and dialog with potential partners.
World of Trade Purchasing Center is an organized space for direct bilateral negotiations between food suppliers and representatives of the largest retail chains and distributors in different countries.
The main objective of the Purchasing Center is to optimize the negotiation process in order to conclude long-term cooperation in a shorter period of time and with maximum reduction of costs for searching for potential partners.
The holding of the Purchasing Center at the 32nd WorldFood International Food Exhibition in Moscow is aimed at transforming the procurement and cooperation process within the exhibition environment.
“The experience of hosting the World of Trade Purchasing Center at WorldFood Moscow highlights the importance of interaction between trade industry players. We witnessed participants actively making new connections that can lead to future successes. The participation of buyers from different countries in the negotiations adds great value for goods suppliers. The wide geographic range of retailers participating in the negotiations helps expand the supply of suppliers’ goods to different countries. And we are glad that we help to establish the first contact that grows into effective and long-term cooperation”, – said Elena Sargaldakova, organizer of the World of Trade Purchasing Center.
Thanks to the World of Trade Purchasing Center more than 1000 contracts a year are concluded between suppliers and buyers from different countries.
