For the convenience of interaction between suppliers and retailers the negotiations lasted 4 days.
The World of Trade Purchasing Center was held from January 30 to 31 and from February 3 to 4, 2025. It was online and once again confirmed its as a key event for interaction between suppliers and retail chains.
20 leading retail chains attended the event from Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
Among the participants were Magnum Kazakhstan, SMALL/SPAR, Toimart, Inmart, Korzinka.uz, Uzum market, Makro, Baraka Market, Umai Group, AMID, Paykar, Rakhat Market, Sosedi, Magnum Uzbekistan, Real, Komandor, Samberi, Nakhodka, Goodwill, Yandex Lavka Uzbekistan.
The World of Trade Purchasing Center became a platform for direct negotiations between buyers and suppliers, where discussed the prospects for entering new markets and terms of cooperation.
Producers of food and non-food categories of goods attended the Purchasing Center, such as:
✔ Household chemicals for dishes, washing and cleaning (Kazakhstan)
✔ Health, beauty and sports products: stockings, bandages, sponges, diapers, mittens (Russia)
✔ Fresh and frozen vegetables (Belarus)
✔ Packaged rice (Russia, Kazakhstan)
✔ Packaged honey (Russia)
✔ Wine and sparkling drinks (Georgia)
✔ Sports and dietary nutrition: protein cakes and pastries (Russia)
✔ Confectionery, breakfast cereals, food supplements, baby food (Turkmenistan)
✔ Fish snacks and straws (Russia)
Totally, 162 meetings between suppliers and buyers took place online at the World of Trade Purchasing Center. Thanks to the convenient format, participants were able to conduct effective negotiations and plan long-term partnerships.
